Standard Travel Packages

Information: All travel packages provided are merely suggested options. Our partner for the travel packages Liberty International Deutschland GmbH has the capability to tailor packages specifically to your requirements. Please choose the package that best suits your needs, and specify in the comment box at the conclusion of the booking process the type of services you prefer. Liberty will then follow up with you accordingly.

 

 

The travel packages include the following services:

  • 1 night in one of the suggested hotels (25th – 26th May 2024)**
  • Standard ticket for the STIHL TIMBERSPORTS® World Trophy on 25th of May (without CLUB '85)
  • Breakfast buffet at the hotel
  • Shuttle transfer from the hotel to the venue and back to the hotel on 25th May 2024
  • Travel coordinator

 

Please note:

  • No catering included during the event.
  • All rates subject to availability at the respective hotel due to high season in Italy.
  • For the confirmation of the package a deposit payment of 50% or more is required.
  • With the confirmation of the package, a full cancellation free of charge is not possible anymore due to high season in Milan and hotel conditions.
  • Guest names required 4 weeks prior to event to avoid extra administrative costs.

 

**Due to high demand in the city, hotel room rates are given on first-come-first-serve basis. Quick confirmations are highly recommended to ensure low hotel room rates and availability. Deposits are required at the room upon confirmation to secure the rooms and rates.

Rate per person in a standard room single use, starting from                € 440,00 incl. VAT

 

 

Travel package category 2

With overnight at a 4* or equal rated hotel in Milan, hotel example:

  • UNAHOTELS CENTURY 4* Suite Hotel

 

Rate per person sharing a double standard room, starting from           € 365,00 incl. VAT

Rate per person in a standard room single use, starting from                € 485,00 incl. VAT 

 

 

Travel package category 3

With overnight at a 4* or equal rated hotel in Milan, hotel example:

  • HYATT CENTRIC MILANO

 

Rate per person sharing a double standard room, starting from           € 445,00 incl. VAT

Rate per person in a standard room single use, starting from                € 630,00 incl. VAT 

 

 

For an event packages with a lower package price e.g. with category 3* or located further from the city center, please contact us, as the availability depends on the group size. Simply leave a comment in the designated section at the end of the booking process, and we will contact you.
