Event Packages

Information: All event packages provided are merely suggested options. Our partner Liberty International Deutschland GmbH has the capability to tailor packages specifically to your requirements. Please choose the package that best suits your needs, and specify in the comments box at the end of the booking process the type of services you prefer. Liberty will then follow up with you accordingly.

 

All event packages include the following services:

  • 2 nights in one of the hotels (30th October – 1st November 2026)

  • Breakfast buffet at the hotel

  • Shuttle transfer from the hotel to the venue and back to the hotel on both event days

  • Travel coordinator

 

Please note:

  • No tickets included
  • No catering included during the event
  • All rates subject to availability and date of request
  • For the confirmation of the package a deposit payment is required
  • Cancellation conditions depend on the hotel choice and will be provided with the first detailed quote
  • Guest names required 4 weeks prior to event to avoid extra administrative costs
  • Currently, the city of Stuttgart does not levy a tax on accommodation. In the event of an introduction of a city tax or in case the VAT will be increased in Germany, the hotels are entitled to adjust the rates accordingly
